Throttle Pot Return Spring  

This torsion spring fits TGA Eclipse Mobility Scooters

This spring returns Forward / Reverse lever (Wig Wag) to a central position.t has internal diameter of 13mm (1/2")  and arm length  is approximately 14mm.

It has 3 coils totalling depth of 4.5mm

It will probably fit throttle pots from other manufacturers , check the dimensions above.
