Magnetic Brake Vanos Excel Roadster DX8 DX

This fits the DX8 Deluxe and has a cranked handle and a castelllated base plate for fixing to the motor

Body diameter 70mm, with 82mm diameter castellated plate for fixing screws (not supplied).

This brake does not cme with the large hex nut that fits on the motor shaft so please retain this

You make a mobility scooter stop by doing nothing. As soon as you stop pressing the wigwag the brake automatically activates and brings the scooter to a gentle stop.

This is called passive braking and it works even if all the power to the electric scooter is cut off. It is the safest braking system possible and will stop the scooter even on a steep hill.
