UK Delivery & Returns
All small parts orders received by 3.00 pm will usually be dispatched to you on the same working day. Our standard delivery service will take between 2-3 working days to arrive. If for any reason we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you as soon as possible .
UK Delivery costs explained
Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 on all orders under £60.00 regardless of size of item big and small for mainland UK
Economy postage can be chosen at check out if required and is £3.95
An express delivery charge of £8.95 can also be chosen on selected products for next business day delivery
All orders over £60.00 now are available with free postage
All items are dispatched by Royal Mail tracked post or Courier . Larger items must be requested to be signed for and any damage reported to us within 24 hours.

Your Rights to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us using our contact page found here. This must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returning Goods
You have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods to us. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery charges. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to place your order.
Return Costs
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Exceptions
· Please note lithium batteries requested to be returned during the 14 days return policy are subject to a £26 admin fee, as we must arrange collection of the item.
This also covers the administrative costs and ensures the shipment is fully regulated for the transportation of dangerous goods under ADR policy and law.
· Express shipping when chosen is not eligible for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately by using our contact page found here. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
We may require the goods to be collected for inspection however this will be arranged.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
