Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.

Upon receipt of the goods, You are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged, unused and returned in its original outer packaging.Discountscooters.co.uk reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You have an automatic cooling off period in which you can cancel an order. This starts as soon as you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the items. You must inform us if you wish to return any items during this 14 day period, then you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
