6 pin rocker 3 position switch used on Pride Legend Classic XL8 and some models of Pride Celebrity X.

No legend on switch.

Dimensions are suitable for fitting in Industry Standard.rectangular hole 13mm x 20mm .

Rated at 10amp 125/250V AC

Terminal type is 5mm flat pin for spade connector or solder.

This is a bare switch - no loom so will need to be soldered or spade terminals fitted.
