This brush cap fits the Heartway Aviator motor and holds the brush in place. Also fits the Days Strider ST5 and Minicrosser

Dimensions are 24mm external, 17 / 18mm internal (outside thread diameter on brush holder on motor is approx 18mm)

Motor brush caps are designed to hold the spring loaded motor brush under tension  in place and in contact with the motor commutator . Because they are made of plastic, brush caps, especially the threads and heads are sometimes susceptible to damage such as cracking and breaking .We carry a large number of mobility scooter brush caps and brushes for a variety of mobility scooter and power chair models.
