Shipping & Delivery Options

UK Accompanied Delivery
All of our Scooters are available with an "Accompanied Delivery" also known as "Engineer Delivery ". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave, and they will even take the packaging away with them!

This is chosen by yourself at the check out and is charged at £82.00


When choosing an accompanied delivery, which we recommend, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and date, depending on your location this will be confirmed with you and is normally about 7 working days, remote locations may of course take a little longer.


UK Standard Delivery

Free on all orders over £50 & by default on small items


and available by choice with Mobility Scooters & Chairs but only if you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery".

With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door, but it will be sent by a professional carrier.

You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging.

Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck! please note that the delivery driver may not be able to bring the box inside, this is called kerbside delivery. If this is not suitable then you must choose the accompanied delivery option which is defaulted when choosing selected items including scooters..


International Delivery

We are able to deliver small parts to most EU countries and other selected destinations worldwide. See drop down list in shopping basket delivery estimate. Please contact us using "contact us" form or by email if your country is not listed.

Returns Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.


In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 14 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, You are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.


To order from the site is very easy, View the wide range of products to find the item you wish to purchase and click on the product image to view more information or to be taken to the relevant product page.

 When scrolling down the page choose from any available options required e.g. colour or size etc.



Add the item to your basket.

To proceed to the checkout select checkout from the top right of the screen next to My Account or view cart & checkout when adding to basket.

You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the " Bag " link at the very top right of the page.


Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information

Your order history can be viewed when you are logged in, select Order History from the menu under your account at the bottom of the page and all your orders can be viewed here

In the same page under my account you change your account information including delivery addresses and subscriptions.
