This item comes with loom and plug so no soldering required.

This is the green LED button located on the left side of the tiller, opposite the ignition key. By pressing the half speed button, the speed of your scooter will be halved immediately. This button is very useful when riding the scooter indoors. With this button, you are in better control of your driving.
