Carbon Fibre control mount for pride jazzy Ultralite Carbon Chair

Joystick bracket , 

This allows the fixing of the joystick control to be re positioned  on a square box tube fitted to the rear of the chair.

The square hole in the middle can also be used to position a head rest to the chair
